Ha ha I always have the same feeling..but you did well with your camera, the patterns in #2 and 3 came out really well..

Nice shots, explanation and demonstration. Here (and elsewhere, I suspect), size does matter. I recognise the 100-400 lens wielded by subject in the last one. I bet he's a got a very small....

I was going to say I wish I had the 100-400 lense but thought better of it after Revenants comment. :) I really like #2!

:-)) Revenant could be right :-)) like the shots as they are, and as Jon said, it's easier said than done. I haven't been to an air show for a while, as they stopped doing them here, but i used to love it.
