Good news! I got my 40D back and its just like new.
This is a house next door to Allison's parents. Someone bought the vacant land a few years back and started to build this house. Unfortunately, the money/loan dried up and they made some bad decisions with regard to permits and now it is headed to auction. Its a beautiful big house and hopefully someone can buy it and finish it.
